Patriot Resources Limited regrets to advise that it has terminated the agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Sugarloaf Licence (Number 34479-HQ-SML), because due diligence findings are not to the Company’s satisfaction.
As a consequence, Patriot has amended its current drill programme and moved the drill rig to its 80% owned licence 27715 (Number 27715-HQ-LEL). This licence shares a licence boundary with Sinomine’s Kitumba Copper Deposit licence. Drilling is underway on 27715.
