Kendrick Resources Plc has announced encouraging new drilling results from its Teufelskuppe rare earth project, reinforcing the potential for significant mineralisation and future development.
The latest assays from four diamond drill holes across the TK3, TK4, and TK5 mineralised sills reveal impressive grades and continuity. Notably, hole TKDD007 returned 2.33% light rare earth oxides (LREO) over 31.58 metres, including a higher-grade section of 3.12% over 5.5 metres. Hole TKDD009 intersected 2.51% LREO over 16.4 metres, with 2.92% over 3.67 metres, while TKDD005 recorded 2.71% LREO over 8.42 metres, including 3.0% over 5.47 metres. The standout intercept was 3.05% LREO over 37.9 metres, highlighting the project’s promising resource potential.
Chairman Colin Bird commented, “These results support our efforts to build a robust mineral resource and to establish a processing flow sheet as soon as possible.” He emphasized the importance of these findings in demonstrating consistent grades and continuity across the Teufelskuppe carbonatite complex.
Kendrick Resources is actively continuing both diamond and reverse-circulation drilling to better understand the depth and extent of mineralisation. The company has also begun verifying its in-house resource estimate and is working towards upgrading it to meet JORC 2012 compliance standards.
This phase of drilling and resource development marks a critical step forward for Kendrick Resources as it seeks to unlock the full potential of the Teufelskuppe rare earth project and advance its position in the rare earth minerals market.
