The 13th edition of the Namibia Mining Expo & Conference will be held from 4th – 6th August 2026, at the Windhoek Show Grounds, bringing the entire extractives sector under one roof.

The event serves as a platform for networking, sharing ideas, and discussing the critical themes of job creation, local empowerment, and economic transformation in the mining industry. The overarching theme for this edition is “Mining for Namibia’s Future: Job Creation, Local Empowerment, and Economic Transformation,” with a focused sub-theme on “Driving Local Empowerment through Procurement and Economic Inclusion.”

Organized by the Chamber of Mines of Namibia, the Mining Expo & Conference is positioned as the top-ranking mining event in the country, highlighting its importance and influence within the region. The audience reach extends not only to Namibia but also to South Africa, ensuring a diverse participation that fosters collaboration and innovation.
